What’s New

Effective January 1, 2017, Rudy Lachenmeier and Jay Enloe are adding a new chapter of their long careers in personal injury litigation. Since 1975 and 1976 respectively, Rudy and Jay have been directly involved with thousands of personal-injury cases in Oregon, as counsel for the involved parties. They have asked hundreds of juries throughout Oregon to assess fair damages in cases involving personal injuries, both serious and less so. Thousands of jurors have responded to their advocacy. They have rarely been surprised by a jury’s verdict.

Rudy and Jay are expanding the scope of their practice. In addition to their traditional practice of defending parties who have been sued for personal injuries, they are representing more injured parties than they have in the past. They are also reaching out to their colleagues, to help them resolve cases in mediation as well as in arbitration, by serving as mediator or arbitrator. Their 40+ years of practice, together with their robust jury verdict database of approximately 3,000 jury verdicts, give them a significant advantage in evaluating and resolving cases, either pre-litigation or in arbitration or trial.

Rudy and Jay are looking forward to the next stage of their long careers in Oregon personal Injury practice. Feel free to contact either of them, for mediation, arbitration or representation in litigation.
